How billing works
What counts as a unit?
Every unit in your account counts once: a house, an apartment, or each separately rented unit in a building. A building with six apartments is six units. Units you delete stop counting.
How do the volume bands work?
Each band applies only to the units inside it. Units 1–25 cost €2 each, units 26–100 cost €1.50 each, and every unit after that costs €1. Growing past a band never makes your existing units more expensive.
What happens when I go past the free plan?
The free plan covers up to 2 units with every core feature. From your third unit you are on the per-unit plan, billed for all units from the first, and paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Adding the channel manager also moves you to a paid plan, because it carries a real per-listing cost.
What if I add or remove units during the month?
Your subscription follows the number of live units in your account automatically. There is nothing to upgrade or downgrade by hand.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year at the price of ten months, so two months are free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. There is no contract and no setup or migration fee, and you can export all of your data whenever you like.
